This beaded necklace bears a sterling silver eagle pendant. The eagle is rendered in three highly detailed dimensions, with wings and talons spread. Delicate silver bugle beads, along with silver, coral, and mother of pearl beads layered with turquoise heishi beads, are strung on the necklace. The piece is finished with a sterling silver barrel clasp. The eagle is a powerful totem, inspiring courage and the desire to explore and grow. Circa 1980.
